Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Trina Turk purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop off your package at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
